Natalia is a partner at Chivers and has practiced exclusively in labour, employment, and human rights law since joining as an articling student in 2013. She advises and represents unions in all aspects of labour relations and has extensive advocacy experience.
Natalia has regularly appeared before labour arbitrators and administrative tribunals, including the Alberta Labour Relations Board, Canada Industrial Relations Board, Alberta Human Rights Tribunal, and the WCB Appeals Commission. She has also appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Natalia is a frequent speaker at client events and legal conferences.
When not practicing law, Natalia enjoys skiing, travelling, and spending time with her family.
