We keep our clients up to date on developments in the law and offer biannual seminars on topics of interest. We can provide a specialized workshop upon request and would be happy to work with your union to develop one. Past workshops topics have included the duty of fair representation, privacy obligations, disability litigation, WCB litigation, and social media in the workplace.

We are an active supporter of progressive public interest organizations and the labour movement, and we are always looking to make new connections.
